Why should sports? because the sport is one way to reduce heart disease,
heart disease is a very horrible disease because it can cause death for its
victims. Exercise will also help to keep a healthy level of body weight so as

Consume Healthy Foods
This is the most effective way and probably the easiest to do because we
only eat healthy foods. Why should eat a healthy diet? Because healthy food is
essential for the health of the heart itself.
Avoid Smoking
everyone surely knows that smoking can harm the health of smokers or
neighboring, smoking can lead to cancer, heart attacks, Impotence, disorders of
pregnancy, foetus and others, turned out to be very dangerous not to smoke
therefore stop smoking before my illness mentioned above.

Routinely visit doctors to do medical examination is an important thing
